I also spent a lot of time working on HRM major courses. I took a course called career management which is one of the core courses of Human Resources Management major. In this class, I learned how to write my Résumé, and this was my first step toward career. Once I got new internships, finished new academic projects, and learned new skills from internships or academic projects, I usually updated my Résumé to let recruiters get to know my current competitiveness. You can find my most recent Résumé here.

I also took a course called Staffing. In this class, I learned a lot of important concepts and ideas about finding appropriate employees for organizations. This course was so helpful that I get ideas about how organizations find talents, and how they retain best employees. I enjoyed most about the class project for initiate a recruitment plan for a real organization. I worked with three team members to design a recruitment plan for AT&T to help them recruit Senior Software Engineers, and presented in front of the class. From this project, I form better understanding toward the process of recruiting talents, and learned HR related skills such as conduct job analysis, write job description, evaluate candidates' Résumé, identify top, middle of the road, as well as disqualified candidates, and market position to attract and retain best candidates. Are you interested in my project? please find my project in "Academic" page.

I am now a Junior student at Rutgers University, and I just finished the first semester of academic year 2019-2020. In the past semester (Fall 2019), I took all three remaining Human Resources Management major core courses: Compensation, Global HRM, Training and Development, and two Digital Communication, Information, and Media (DCIM) minor courses: Leadership in Digital Context, Self and Society in Virtual Context. The past semester is full of academic projects. I was very impressed about the project in the Training and Development class. I worked with four team members to design a training solution for Rutgers Department of Transportation to ensure campus bus drivers drive safely and handle emergency situations skillfully, and this was my first time to be a project team leader. Would you like to view our training solution?  please click here !

I only have one course left for the Digital Communication, Information, and Media minor, and I choose to take the Capstone in Digital Communication, Information, and Media class this winter break. In this class, I will design a website about me (this website), and complete a project related to Internet addiction. You guys can see my website as well as my project on Jan 15th, 2020. I am looking forward to see your comments on my website and my project.

That is my education experience. I hope you guys enjoy it. At the end of this page, I will mention some awards that I get in the past five semesters at Rutgers. I earned Dean's List in Spring 2018, Spring 2019, and Fall 2019 because my GPA in these three semesters exceeds 3.5.

In addition to study, I also participate a lot of internships. I will discuss my professional experiences in the next page.
