I have done a lot of projects in college, but I really like four projects that I did in both my major and minor courses. Project for the Training and Development class
I was the group leader of this project. I coordinated and collaborated with five team members to design a Training program for Rutgers Department of Transportation Services, and presented in front of the class. This project consisted of five parts: Business Strategies, Needs Assessment, Program Design, Training Method(s), and Training Evaluation. Our target audience was campus bus drivers, and the purpose of this training program was to ensure campus bus drivers to drive safely and handling emergency situations skillfully.
Project for the Staffing class
I worked with 3 team members to design a staffing plan for AT&T to help them recruit Senior Software Engineers, and presented in front of the class. This project contained 7 sections, including the business strategy, job analysis, sourcing strategy, selection criteria & tools, interview guides, position marking, and candidate screening.
Project for the Virtual Team Dynamic class
I worked with three team members to talk about diversity in teams, and presented in front of the class. This project explained the concept of diversity, different types of diversity, diversity's advantages and disadvantages, and possible actions that organizations can take to achieve diversity.

Project for the Strategic Presentation in Digital Media class
This video was serving for help individuals who wish to explore Cantonese restaurants to find out some places to go in the United States, and in Guangzhou, China. I introduced Noodle Gourmet, a Cantonese restaurant in downtown New Brunswick, NJ to help people know foods and drinks at this restaurant, and other information, such as ingredients on tables, tableware to use, and delivery services. I also discussed restaurants in Guangzhou, and recommended people to try while travelling to Guangzhou.
