Talent Acquisition Plan For AIA International Limited Hong Kong
As a Financial Planner intern, I worked with 5 team members to design a recruitment plan aim to help AIA Hong Kong to attract 150 new employees within 3 years. We classified our target talents based on their work experience, and applied several compensation strategies to attract them to join AIA Hong Kong.
I categorize JNC courses based on campuses and integrate with equivalent courses at Rutgers; present JNC courses as well as their equivalent to give students an idea about courses to take, and facilitate students in course selection.
I film and edit a 7-minute video to teach students find syllabus on JNC study abroad platform.
