I am currently working as a Campus Ambassador at JNC Study Abroad Platform. I started this job in July 2018.
As a Campus Ambassador, I film and edit a 9-minute video to introduce the website of JNC study abroad platform, a 7-minute video to teach students find syllabus on JNC study abroad platform website, and a 9-minute video to introduce courses in JNC and equivalent courses at Rutgers to give students an idea about courses to take in summer. In order to help my classmates choose best courses to take in JNC, I categorize summer courses based on campuses, integrate with equivalent courses at Rutgers, and present JNC courses as well as their equivalent courses via Excel and screenshots. I also promote JNC summer program in person and via WeChat to assist registration and course selection, and communicate with students and parents to answer their questions. With my help, three students successfully registered courses and earned credits by the end of the summer school program.

I interned at XZ (Xiaozao) Education from September 2019 to December 2019, and my job position was Data Analyst.
In this internship, I helped many big companies to conduct business solutions by using various tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau to interpret their sales data. I initiated a data analysis plan for Bailian Group Co. Ltd through the standard data analysis process, analyzed the sales data of Sony through SQL to identify products with best sales and differences between members and non-members in terms of amount, products, and booking channels, and analyzed the sales data of UNIQLO through Python to forecast the relationship between the revenue and the cost. From these experiences, I form better understanding toward data analysis concepts, SQL, as well as Python. In addition to analyze data and convey business solutions, I also applied Tableau to visualize data as well as relationships of variables. In order to predict Airbnb customers’ preferred destinations, I created a map on Tableau to show popular destinations. When I illustrated UNIQLO customers' buying preferences, I applied boxplot to visualize customers' buying preferences in both weekdays and weekends. I found that visualization can better faciliates individuals to figure out business solutions.

From May 2019 to August 2019, I worked as a Social Media Intern at XZ (Xiaozao) Education.
I created a personal WeChat subscription account, and published 14 original articles with the topic of personal growth and New Media Operation. From this experience, I practice my skills in editing texts, editing images, designing posters, and unlock new tools such as XIUMI, Chuangkit. Students from Chinese Universities could obtain their scores for College English Test 4 and College English Test 6 in late August, so I proposed an online activity on personal WeChat subscription account and WeChat moment to help these students check their scores. From this experience, I understood that people tend to buy-in my contents, when my advertisements meet their preferences.
