I participated a Financial Planner Internship in AIA International Limited in January 2019
As a Financial Planner Intern, I learned several selling principles, and participated mock product selling presentation to ensure selling principles were strengthened. I also worked with 5 team members to initiated a recruitment and retainment plan for AIA International Limited Hong Kong to help them recruit 150 new employees within 3 years, and presented in front of other intern as well as mentors. During the internship, we studied three insurance products during the internship, I worked with 5 team members to launch an insurance product, and all intern and mentors gain strong buying interests after our group presentation.

I worked as an Editor in JNC Study Abroad Platform from June 2018 to July 2018

I attended this internship, while I took courses at JNC Study Abroad Platform. I photographed 300+ photos for karting racing, graduate school application lecture, and safety lecture for publication materials, interpreted and selected 150+ photos as publication resources, and applied XIUMI and Photoshop to edit texts and images with 2 team members. By the end of the summer school school program, we published 10+ original articles to advertise interesting after-class activities on JNC Study Abroad Platform’s WeChat subscription account, and acquired 3000+ views.

My first job in college was Teaching Assistant in Daxiang Education

My first job in college was Teaching Assistant in Daxiang Education. I worked there twice from December 2017 to January 2018 as well as from July 2018 to August 2018. As a Teaching Assistant, I graded SAT and ACT Mock Exams, conducted strengths and weaknesses analysis, guided for improvement, and processed daily study reports for 8 students. In order to help students improve their English speaking skills, and achieve increases in TOEFL speaking scores, I facilitated a discussion about social issues in English with 8 students, and they got a better understanding towards social issues, and achieved 5 point increases in TOEFL speaking scores. I also evaluated 30 students’ TOEFL, SAT and ACT vocabulary and tutored them in homework.
