Here is my current Résumé. I would like to create my Résumé according to the job that I apply for. This Résumé is designed for a Bilingual Social Media intern position.
Let me talk about my professional goals.
My first goal is to learn some knowledge about Finance, and form better understanding toward concepts of Finance as well as its applications. In Spring 2020, I will take a class called HRM and Finance, and I think this class can best faciliate me to get to know Finance and its applications.
As technologies and internet become more and more prevailling, it is important for me to be familiar with various technological tools. I will keep practicing my skills in using technologies. If I have chances to get access to new software or new digital tools, I will try my best to learn the usage of software or tools. I do not think I have adequate knowledge about trends in internet and technology fields. From now on, I wish to navigate current trends of internet and technology constantly, and develop my skills which keep pace with the development of internet and technology. I consider that the WeChat subscription account of "36Kr" is a good start to get to know the current trends of internet and technology.
I also find that data analysis becomes an essential skill in recent years, and many companies tend to use data as major sources to forcast business trends, as well as develop business solutions. I would like to spend more time practicing my skills in analyzing data. I consider that it is important for me to constantly review data analysis programming languages such as SQL and Python. I also have to be familiar with Tableau for this is the major tool to visualize data. I would like to review SQL, Python, and Tableau by watching videos in my previous Data Analyst internship, when I have free time after class in Spring 2020.
As for me, I wish to find a job that is related to my current major and minor after I graduate. In Spring 2020, I will have a 10 weeks remote Human Resources Management internship. I think this internship is a good opportunity for me to gain real world experiences in Human Resources Management. I will try my best to master in new skills such as writing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, recruiting candidates. I hope I can form better understanding toward Human Resources Management after the internship.
